A December fatal police shooting was was justified, the Clark County district attorney&rsquo office has determined.Patrick Heki was shot and killed on Dec. 7 when he pointed his weapon at a Las Vegas police officer, prompting officers to shoot back, according to the district attorney&rsquo office.Officers Pau adidas samba l Kunz, 28, Justin Marzec, 29, and Joshua Giese, 28, were responding to a call at the home of Heki&rsquo parents, 3950 S.
