ANNAPOLIS 鈥?A good Samaritan trying to confront a scooter thief turns for the worst when the suspect s partner in crime steals his car.Annapolis Police say their investigation started on July 31, when officers were called to the 1300 block of Forest Drive around 12 a.m. for a stolen scooter. Police say the victim told them his red 2010 Kymco Agility motor scooter was stolen when he left it running outside a business in th stanley quencher e 1300 block.Four days later, a person spotted the scooter being driven by an unknown man with a woman passenger on Forest Drive.
